I. Voice exploration sessions
I work with people to discover their vocal and artistic potential through equipping them with experiential knowledge of their psychophysical selves. Through individual sessions and group workshops with me, we nurture your readiness for life-long voice use in singing with stylistic sensibility and versatility, and in speaking with a dynamic and supple voice.
II. Mind-body awareness

In individual and also group sessions, I guide people to experience their sense of self and presence, in relation to others and to the changing environments they wish to engage with. In-session activites encourage curiosity towards cross-sensorial, reflective, and spatially-expansive experiences that can help you feel more grounded, resourced, and invigorated.
